The first-call special offer
Your first 60-minute business coaching call with Mark costs AED 1,000. The normal rate is AED 2,500 per hour, so you save AED 1,500 on your first call. This offer is for your first call only. It is a single payment, not a subscription. Any further coaching is agreed separately.
Choose a time and pay
Choose an available time on the booking page and complete the AED 1,000 payment to confirm your appointment. The calendar offers times between 9am and 9pm Dubai time, subject to availability, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Check the timezone displayed when booking. You will receive the online meeting details with your confirmation.
The money-back guarantee
“Not happy at the end of the call? Tell me I suck and I’ll refund the lot.”
If you are not happy at the end of your first call, tell Mark then and the full AED 1,000 will be refunded to your original payment method. You do not need to use those exact words or prove that you achieved a particular result. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.

Bring a business decision, problem or opportunity you want to work through. The session is one-to-one business coaching and mentoring. You remain responsible for your business decisions and implementation. No particular financial result is promised.
Booking questions and changes
Use the rescheduling or cancellation options in your booking confirmation, or reply to that confirmation to contact Mark about your appointment. Tell Mark during the call if you wish to use the satisfaction guarantee. For a refund already requested, reply to your booking confirmation so the correct payment can be located.
